Together - we will determine what options you have

After we determine your options and we have your documentation we will prepare your application for you. (see documents you will need).


Get your Pre-Approval (in principal)

After finding the best loan to suit your needs we will apply for pre-approval. Pre-approval means you already have approval for a set amount of money for your loan. This gives you peace of mind, barganing power, and will close the deal faster when you have selected your property.


Make an offer

Make an offer on the property you wish to purchase. Your real estate agent will ensure you follow proper procedure for your home loan application. We will arrange for a valuation of the property.


Formal approval

We will then arrange for a formal approval. Your approval letter will be mailed to you and will notify you of any outstanding conditions that must be satisfied.
Contact us as soon as an offer is accepted.
You should provide requested documentation as soon as possible.
We will then have our solicitors start preparing the home loan documents.


Insurance

You should arrange building insurance - we need a copy of this before we can arrange settlement.


Loan documents

Our solicitors will prepare your mortgage documents and mail them to you.


Settlement

Your home loan will be drawn down on the day of settlement and is in place from this time.


After settlement

We'll send a letter with the details on the settlement amounts and your home loan re-payment information.
